menu is the same as when dialing to a Voice Phone. The Alarm Type is
announced, and the Alarm History is played, followed by the Alarm Menu
Successful transmission to the SMS network is recorded in the
Event Log as “SMS OK”. However this does not mean the text
message has been delivered to the mobile phone, as that
depends on the GSM network
Dial-out to Central Monitoring Station
If your premises is monitored by a Central Monitoring Station, it will be
programmed to dial first to the Central Station and report the alarm.
Comfort can report to 2 Central Monitoring Stations.
After a successful call to the Central Monitoring Station, there
may be a programmed delay of 3 minutes before the system
dials to any other programmed phones, to allow the Central
Station to call in to verify the alarm according to the agreed
verification procedures (programmed by Installer)
Kissoff from the Monitoring Station is recorded in the event Log
as “Monitoring Station OK”.
