Bandbreiten einstellen /
Adjusting strap
width
Stiftschraube (84) lösen.
An der Unterseite, durch Drehen der Verstelleinheit (40),
eine andere Bandbreite einstellen.
An der Grundplattenvorderkante befinden sich
Markierungen an denen die jeweils eingestellte
Bandbreite erkennbar ist.
Nach der Bandbreiteneinstellung muß die
Verstelleinheit (40) durch Hineindrehen der
Stiftschraube (84) arretiert werden.
Die Stiftschraube (84) muss fest angezogen werden, da
sich sonst (durch Vibration) die eingestellte Bandbreite
verstellt.
Loosen the screw (84).
The strap width can be changed by turning the setting
mechanism (40) on the bottom.
Markings at which the respectively adjusted strap width
can be adjusted are provided on the front edge of the unit
base plate.
When the strap width has been set then the setting
mechnisem (40) has to be locked by turning the screw
(84).The screw (84) has to be tightened, otherwise the
strap width may alter as a result of vibration.
Die mechanisch eingestellte Bandbreite muss in die Steuerung eingelesen werden.
Dazu die
Betriebsart “Manuell”
am Wahlschalter (9) einstellen.
Nacheinander die Taste (2) ”Schweißen manuell” und die Taste (4) “Lüften” drücken.
Reihenfolge unbedingt einhalten!
Beide Tasten gedrückt halten und ca. 10 sec. warten bis die Leuchtdiode (3) rot blinkt.
Die Blinkfolge bedeutet:
1 x rot =
9 mm Bandbreite
2 x rot =
13 mm Bandbreite
3 x rot =
16 mm Bandbreite
4 x rot =
19 mm Bandbreite
The mechanically set strap width must be read into the controller.
To do this, set the ”Manual” operating mode on the selector switch (9).
Press the ”Manual sealing” button (2) and the ”Release” button (4) consecutively.
Be sure to comply with sequence!
Press and hold both buttons and wait approx. 10 sec. until the LED (3) flashes red.
The flashing sequence means:
1 x red =
9 mm strap width
2 x red =
13 mm strap width
3 x red =
16 mm strap width
4 x red =
19 mm strap width
Achtung!
Stimmt die Blinkfolge nicht mit der mechanisch eingestellten Bandbreite überein,
bitte den Kundendienst anrufen.
