Assembly
Observe the following points during installation:
Recommended cooling water cycling volume 5,200 l/h at
0.2 bar pressure loss
Install the radiator stress-free on rubber elements.
Install the cooling water pump at the lowest point.
Always connect the cooling water output (2) from the cooler at
the lowest possible position on the VacuStar W.
Install the balancing container at the highest possible location.
The cooling water pump and the cooler ventilator must not
continue to run after the VacuStar W has been switched off.
Use hoses that are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
Add antifreeze compound for ambient temperatures below 0 °C.
