The paper weight setting is not suitable.

Set Menus > Feeder conig > Mediaweight to a suitable value on the operation

panel or set Mediaweight to a heavier value.

If the period is approximately 63 mm,
the glossy cylinder of the image drum
is damaged or dirty.

Gently wipe the image drum with a soft tissue.
Replace the image drum if it is damaged.
