If "Anonymous FTP allowed" has been activated, users are able to access the
images on the Convision V6xx A with the login name "anonymous" or "ftp" and any
password via an FTP program.

Note: If the FTP protocol is opened using a browser, it is not necessary to enter
the user data. The login name "anonymous" is the default setting for this access.

Downloading Images via FTP Using a Browser
If you have activated the FTP server, you can also download the images from the
Convision V6xx A via FTP using your browser (in this case, the FTP client). To this
end, you need only specify the desired image using an FTP command. To access an
image stored on the hard disk, enter the following address in the browser:
ftp://IP-address/HD/partition1/camera1/good/123456.jpg
The path is composed of:

IP address of the Convision V6xx A,
♦
specification "HD" for the hard disk area
♦
specification of the partition (partition1 –- partition8)
♦
specification of a camera (camera1 – camera6)
♦
image quality (good, medium, low)
♦
desired image. The names of the images are composed of a 6-digit serial number
and the extension ".jpg", e.g.: "001234.jpg"
The number depends on the number of recorded images in this directory.
An up-to-date image can be obtained using the following path:
ftp://IP-address/cameras/camera2/fullsize.jpg
This command addresses camera 2. For other image sizes, you can enter "halfsize"
or "hugesize" instead of "fullsize".)

disk partitioning and the available images.
