TDMA CONTROL 602-702 Eng Nov.doc
35
Example: Buffer Logic
Heating Circuit setpoint temperature: 50 °C
Upper Buffer Sensor:
48 °C
Lower Buffer Sensor
42 °C
Buffer Logic Differential
8K
Buffer Logic Hysteresis:
5K
When both buffer temperature sensors reach a temperature of 58
o
C, the
boiler contact opene and switches off the boiler. When the temperature
falls to 53
o
C (50 + 8 – 5) or less the boiler contact close and the boiler
switches on.

Set T–PRO
The CONTROL 602 has 2 all-pupose temperature difference control capability,
which enable control of hrdraulic circuits of various types. The CONTROL 702
has 3 T-Pro’s. Since the settings are identical, only that of the T-Pro will be
explained in more detail.
Temperature Sensor 2
Yes / No
If the ‘Temperature sensor 2’: No’ option is set, the the T-PRO will function as
one temperature switch..
Differential
T-‐PRO 0...30 K
The temperature differential can be adjusted so that the temperature at sensor
1 (source) must be higher than the temperature at sensor 2 (sink), so that the
T-PRO function is activated.
Hysteresis
T-‐PRO 0...30 K
To prevent the contact switching continuously on and off, the switch hysteresis
is set here.
Temperature
Min 0...100 °C
The minimum and maximum temperatures for T-PRO sensors 1 and 2 can be
set.
Temperature
Max 0...140 °C
Overrun
T-‐PRO: 0...60 min
The T-PRO function will turn off after the preset overrun time has expired.
Timer
T-‐PRO: Yes/No
If the timer is set to ‘Yes’, the T-PRO will only be active between the selected
time limits.
T-‐PRO:
Everyday/All Day/Weekday-‐
Weekend
Thet timer settings are described in Section 5.6.1
