AuraJet Series II 

Case 2

: Check Vacuum and replace Blower, if required. 

 

Procedure: 

 

Steps to replace the Blower: 

a.

 

Disengage both the Extended heaters by removing its screws and disconnecting the attached 
connectors. 

b.

 

Disengage the Post heater by removing its screws and disconnect the attached connectors. 

c.

 

Remove all the screws on the bottom of the Post heater cabinet. 

d.

 

Disengage all the Blower Connectors. 

e.

 

Remove all the screws from all the Blowers. 

f.

 

Remove all the Blower and replace it by reversely following all the above mentioned steps. 

Case 3

: Check ink level in cartridges and refill it if required 

 
Cleaning Pump not Working 

Reasons: 

1.

 

Improper connection between Pump and Main Board 

2.

 

Relay not working   

3.

 

Print Head is not selected for cleaning 

4.

 

Pump Connectors are loosed or not connected 

5.

 

Main Board is faulty 

6.

 

Pump is faulty 

Remedial Actions: 

 

Case 1

: Correct connection between Pump and Main Board. 

Case 2

: Check the wiring and replace it, if required. 

Case 3

: Select the Print Head for cleaning. 

Case 4

: Tighten the Pump Connectors or connected them to the Main Board. 

Case 5

: Replace the Main Board, if required.
