Heaters Not Working
Reasons:
1.
Check heater continuity
Remedial Actions:
Case 1
: Check and replace the heaters if required (Refer to
Case 2
of the
Print is Blur
section).
Ink Not Reached to the Damper
Reasons:
1.
Ink level is low in cartridges
2.
Captop to cleaning pump pipe is not connected or bend
3.
Dampers not properly fitted
4.
Ink pipeline bend or cut
5.
Cleaning pump is faulty
6.
Cartridge placement is not correct
7.
Cartridge needle can be jam
8.
Captop is not aligned properly with the Print Head
9.
Cleaning parameters is incorrect
Remedial Actions:
Case 1
: Check and refill ink in cartridges.
Case 2
: Check or connect Captop to the Cleaning Pump.
Case3:
Check or again fix dampers properly over the head.
Case 4:
Check or replace the ink pipeline, if required.
Case 5
: Replace the Cleaning Pump.
Case 6
: Check or correct the placement of cartridges.
Case 7
: Check or replace the cartridge or its needle.
Case 8
: Check or correct the Captop alignment with the print head.
Case 9
: Correct the cleaning parameters in the clean parameter settings window.
