AuraJet Series II

Head Not Firing

Reasons:

Head is not getting cleaned

Insufficient power supply to the Head Board

No ink in dampers

Print Head is disabled

Print Head is faulty

Head Cables are faulty

Remedial Actions:

Case 1

: Perform the Nozzle Testing to clean the nozzles (Refer to the Nozzle Testing section).

Case 2

: Check or correct the power supply requirements.

Case 3

: Check and refill ink cartridges.

Case 4

: Enable the Print Head.

Case 5

: Replace the Print Head, if not working or faulty.

Case 6

: Replace Head Cable, if faulty.

Carriage Movement is not Smooth

Reasons:

Carriage Belt or Pulley is wear out

Insufficient power supply

Incorrect Motor parameters

LM block is faulty

Carriage Motor is faulty

Remedial Actions:

Case 1
