AuraJet Series II

Remove the top Carriage Plate by loosing both screws.

Remove the carriage belt by loosing both screws from both ends.

Remove all the LM screws (four screws). Now, you are able to view the LM Block, as shown below:

Remove the LM block and replace it by reversely following all the above mentioned steps.

Case 5

: Replace the Carriage Motor or contact to Head Office (HO).

Ink Spot in Printing

Reasons:

Dust particles stuck in head nozzle

Media is not properly fixed over the bed

No ink in dampers

Remedial Actions:

Case 1

: Clean the dust particles

Procedure:

Steps to clean the dust particles:

Switch OFF the printer.

Release the capping manually by rotating the Gear.

Move the Carriage to the right most position.

Open the side cover by loosing the four screws.

Lift the side cover slightly and pull it out.

Dip the wiper bud in the cleaning solvent.

Gently wipe the outer edge of the Nozzle Plate.

Take a new bud and cleaning the entire Nozzle Plate.
