Remove the Head Board by loosing its screws. Now, you are able to access the Encoder Sensor.
f.
Remove Encoder Sensor gently and replace it. While replacing the Encoder Sensor, align the sensor
centrally with respect to the Encoder Scale.
Case 6
: Replace the Pulley (Refer to the Carriage Movement is not Smooth section).
Case 7
: Correct the ripped file error.
Case 8
: Close the Front Glass Door.
Case 9
: Tighten or replace the Data Cable, if required.
Print is Blur
Reasons:
1.
Improper head alignment
2.
Heaters are not working
3.
Recommended ink not used
4.
Ink stored at unfavorable environment
Remedial Actions:
Case 1
: Calibrate the printer again by referring the
Head Alignment
section.
Case 2
: Check and replace the Heaters.
There are five heaters in the machine viz. Bed, Post, Extended, and Pre heaters. Let’s learn to replace these
heaters one by one. The machine heaters are shown in the image below:

Procedure:
a.
Remove all the screws on the Print Bed.
b.
Cut the direct wires attached to the heater.
c.
Remove the heater gently and replace it.
