Network Services

Cisco Small Business NSS 322, NSS 324, and NSS 326 Smart Storage Administration Guide

129

To enable NFS service:

STEP 1

Choose

Network Services > NFS Service

from the Navigation menu. The

NFS

Service

window opens.

STEP 2

Click

Enable NFS Service

to enable NFS service.

NOTE

For virtualization environment, it is recommended that you disable the

write cache

function in the

Administration > Hardware

dialog box. Default is disabled.

STEP 3

Click

Apply

. Your NFS service settings are updated to the NAS.

FTP Service

FTP clients can have access to network share folders on the NAS device.
