The programme is suitable for kneading sourdough dough

not available in this programme, nor is the setting of the baking
degree and loaf size. The Delayed Start function is not available.

14 Dough
The programme is suitable for kneading and rising of dough.
There is no baking.
It is suitable for doughs such as bread rolls, rolls, pizza dough,
steamed bread, etc.
It is not possible to adjust the baking degree or the loaf size.
15 Ice Cream
The programme is suitable for mixing ice cream in the ice cream
extension (not included).
