The following commands are available when the balance is connected to a
peripheral device.

If characters or control codes not described here are entered, normal
operation of the balance and correct weighing may be compromised. If
characters or control codes not described here are entered by mistake,
disconnect the power supply cable. Wait about 10 seconds and
reconnect it.
