9. Accessori
9.1 Chiave copia parametri
La chiave è un accessorio che permette la duplicazione della
configurazione di uno strumento e il successivo trasferimento su
controlli con lo stesso codice.
Tale chiave è diversa da quella per PJ in quanto è un accessorio non
specializzato per un singolo controllo, ma utilizzabile su molti futuri
controlli CAREL oltre ai due attuali.
La gestione delle funzioni è realizzata all' interno di ogni singolo
controllo, quindi, si descrivono solo le funzioni base sempre presenti,
per le altre si deve fare riferimento al manuale di ogni controllo.
La chiave si collega al connettore (AMP 4 pin) previsto nei controlli
compatibili (Power-Split, MGE al momento).
Il funzionamento è previsto di standard con controlli non alimentati,
ma anche con alimentazione presente, se specificato nelle note di
utilizzo del singolo controllo.
Le funzioni previste sono due e si selezionano mediante i due
dip-switch presenti, accessibili togliendo il coperchio batteria:
a) Caricamento nella chiave dei parametri di un controllo (UPLOAD)
b) Copia dalla chiave verso uno o piu' controlli (DOWNLOAD).
- PJOPZKEY00 è da utilizzare SOLO per strumenti PJ...
- PSOPZKEY è da utilizzare SOLO per controlli compatibili.
9.2 Copia e scarico parametri
Le operazioni da seguire per le funzioni di UPLOAD e/o DOWNLOAD
sono le seguenti, cambiando solo le impostazioni dei dip-switch sulla
chiave:
• chiudere lo sportellino della chiave e inserirla nel connettore del
controllo
• Premere il tasto e controllare la segnalazione del LED: rosso per
qualche secondo, quindi verde indica la corretta conclusione della
operazione.
Segnalazioni diverse o con lampeggi indicano che si sono verificati dei
problemi: controllare la tabella relativa.
• A conclusione dell’operazione rilasciare il tasto, dopo qualche
secondo il LED si spegne.
• Scollegare la chiave dal controllo.
9. Accessories
9.1 Parameter copy key
The key is an accessory that allows the configuration to copied from an
instrument and then later transferred to controllers with the same code.
It differs from the key for the PJ, in that it is not a specialised accessory
for one single controller, but rather can be used on many future Carel
controllers, as well as two current models.
The functions are managed internally by each single controller, and
thus the functions described here are the basic operations only; for the
others, please refer to the specific manual for each controller.
The key is connected to the connector (4 pin AMP) on the Power-Split
compatible controllers, currently the MGE.
The devices is normally operated with the controllers off, yet the
power supply may be connected if specified in the instructions for the
controller in question.
There are two functions, selected using the two dip-switches that are
accessed by removing the battery cover:
a) Copy the parameters from a controller to the key (UPLOAD)
b) Copy the parameter from the key to one or more controls
(DOWNLOAD).
- PJOPZKEY00 can ONLY be used with PJ instruments.
- PSOPZKEY can ONLY be used for compatible controllers.
9.2 Copy and download parameters
The following operations refer to both the UPLOAD and/or
DOWNLOAD functions, changing only the settings of the dip-switch on
the key:
• close the hatch of the key and insert it into the connector on the
controller
• Press the button and check the signal on the LED: red for a few
seconds, then green, indicating the correct completion of the
operation.
Different signals or the LED flashing indicate that a problem has
occurred: check the table below.
• At the end of the operation, release the button; after a few seconds
the LED goes off.
• Disconnect the key from the controller.
