7.2 Note sugli allarmi
Gli allarmi possono essere soppressi o ritardati in alcune situazioni:
- Durante il duty setting gli allarmi di temperatura sono soppressi
- Dopo un duty setting, ciclo continuo e defrost, gli allarmi sono
ritarati, rispettivamente, di 5 minuti, c6 e d8 minuti.
7.3 Ricerca ed eliminazione dei problemi
Il Master segnala che uno o più Slave non comunicano.
Controllare che:
- tutti gli Slave abbiano il parametro Sn impostato correttamente,
ovvero con valori tra 1 e 5, e che ogni unità abbia indirizzo diverso H0.
- che il parametro S8 sia impostato a 1 in tutte le unità, Master
compreso.
Il Master segnala che lo Slave X è in errore ma il relè d’allarme di
questo non risulta eccitato.
Connettere un terminale allo Slave X e controllare il codice d’errore,
alcuni errori es. EA, tC non eccitano il relè d’allarme.
Il terminale è collegato e indica “- - -“, la tastiera non risponde.
Il terminale è disabilitato: tenendo premuto il tasto SET, apparirà PS,
selezionare, quindi, il parametro /t e programmarlo

0. Confermare
premendo il tasto SET per 5 secondi.
Il terminale è collegato e indica la temperatura ma la tastiera non
risponde.
La tastiera potrebbe essere disabilitata: controllare la programmazione
del parametro H3, se = 0 è disabilitata.
Il terminale è collegato, e indica “Cn”
Il terminale ha comunicato per un periodo con il PSB poi ha perso la
comunicazione: controllare i cavi di collegamento e le connessioni.
Il terminale è collegato e indica “E0”
Il terminale non ha mai comunicato con il PSB: controllare i cavi di
collegamento e le connessioni.
Il terminale mod. PST00LR200 è connesso ma non comunica con
il PSB.
Controllare che il baud rate impostato tramite dip-switch sul terminale
sia 4800 Baud.
Il visualizzatore è collegato e non si accende.
Probabilmente il visualizzatore non si è resettato: spegnere e
riaccendere il sistema, aspettando almeno un decina di secondi tra le
due operazioni.
Il visualizzatore ogni 10 secondi circa si spegne e poi si riaccende.
Se il sistema è privo del terminale, controllare il parametro /t e
impostarlo a 0.
Viceversa, controllare il funzionamento del terminale, probabilmente
non funziona regolarmente.
Il sistema non visualizza i decimi di grado.
Controllare le impostazioni del parametro /6.
Ricordarsi che con il terminale Small, superati i -9.9 gradi, il punto
decimale viene automaticamente soppresso, visualizzando –10.
7.2 Notes on the alarms
The alarms may be inhibited or delayed in some cases:
- During duty setting, the temperature alarms are inhibited
- After duty setting, continuous cycle and defrost, the alarms are
delayed, respectively, by 5 minutes, c6 and d8 minutes.
7.3 Troubleshooting
The Master signals that one or more Slaves are not communicating.
Check that:
- all Slaves have parameter Sn set correctly, that is, to values between
1 and 5, and that each unit has address different H0.
- parameter S8 is set to 1 on all the units, including the Master.
The Master signals an error on Slave X but the alarm relay on
Slave X is not energised.
Connect a terminal to Slave X and check the error code, some errors
e.g. EA, tC do not energise the alarm relay.
The terminal is connected and indicates “- - -“, the keypad does
not respond.
The terminal is disabled: press and hold SET, the PS will appear, then
select the parameter /t and set it

0. Confirm by pressing SET for 5
seconds.
The terminal is connected and indicates the temperature, but the
keypad does not respond.
The keypad may be disabled: check the setting of parameter H3, if = 0
the keypad is disabled.
The terminal is connected, and indicates “Cn”
The terminal has communicated for a period with the PSB, and then
lost communication: check the cables and the connections.
The terminal is connected and indicates “E0”
The terminal has never communicated with the PSB: check the cables
and the connections.
The terminal model PST00LR200 is connected but does not
communicate with the PSB.
Check that the baud rate set using the dip-switches on the terminal is
4800 Baud.
The display is connected and but does not turn on.
The display has probably not been reset: turn the system off, wait at
least ten seconds and then turn it on again.
Each 10 seconds or so the display switches off and then on again.
If the system is not fitted with a terminal, check parameter /t and set it
to 0.
Vice-versa, check the operation of the terminal, it is probably not
working correctly.
The system does not displays the tenths of a degree.
Check the settings of parameter /6.
Remember that with the Small terminal, beyond -9.9 degrees the
decimal point is automatically inhibited and -10 will be displayed.
