The power supply must have grounding points on the AC and DC sides.

Caution
The user power supply GND must be connected to the positive pole in the PTP 820C
power supply.
Any other connection may cause damage to the system.

Note
For the warranty to be honored, you must install the PTP 820C in accordance with the
above instructions.
