Concerned Part

Fusing Unit and Others

H2,H3,H4

Confirm that a fusing heater is lit.

Is the fusing heater controlled for On/Off.

Is the line voltage to be the default value ?

Is the rating of fusing heater correct ?

Are H2,H3 and H4 errors cleared ?

Job is complete.

Is the connector HP/HN connected ?

Confirm the wiring and connector of the heater.

Are H2,H3 and H4 errors cleared ?

Connect them properly.

YES

Is the fuser connector damaged ?

Is there any contract failure of the lamp holder ?

YES

Replace the fusing unit.

Is the fusing unit properly installed ?

Is the heater wiring cut or damaged ?

Replace the lamp and lamp holder.

Confirm the input voltage.

Confirm the rating and replace
the fusing heater.

Replace the power supply unit (LVPS).

Replace the MCTL PWB.

Are H2,H3 and H4 errors cleared ?

Install it properly.

Replace the connector.

Replace the heater.
