18. If the Brake Assembly is touching the front side of the Brake

Disc, the provided Shaft Spacer must be installed.

19. Gently pull the Brake Disc toward the back (away from the

machine) to create a gap for the Shaft Spacer.

20. With the overhang of the Shaft Spacer toward the machine,

push the Shaft Spacer down between the Lower Pulley Retainer

and the Brake Hub (behind the Brake Disc). Be sure that the

overhang of the Shaft Spacer rests on the top of the Lower Pulley

Retainer.

21. Re-assembly of the machine is the reverse of the procedure.

22. Final Inspection

Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled.
