22. Route the unsecured end of the new Upper Rope through the
machine by following the old Upper Rope. Be sure to replace it ex-
actly as the old Rope. Use the routing images on the following pages
to assist.
23. Using a 6mm hex wrench, remove the upper pulley from the Low-
Tension, Floating Pulley and replace the rope.
Note:
Be sure to note the routing of the rope before removing the
pulley.
24. With the rope routed properly around the new Floating Pulley,
push the Middle Pulley Retainer down until it snaps into place.
Be sure the Floating Pulley is centered in position before re-installing
the Retainer.
25. Re-assemble the machine in the reverse order of when the parts
were removed.
26. Final Inspection
Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and compo-
nents are properly assembled.
Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled
and inspected for correct performance in accordance
with the Owner’s Manual.
