5. With your free hand, grasp the rope below the Upper Pulley Re-

tainer so it will not retract into the Frame Assembly. Release the front

end of the rope and pull the rope out of the Upper Pulley Retainer. Do

not release the rope until instructed.

Note:

Be sure to observe how the rope routes through the Upper

Pulley to assist with re-assembly. Be sure not to pinch any fingers or

hands.

6. Attach the Snap Hook to the end of the rope, and secure it by loop-

ing and snapping it around the Support Arm.

7. Once the rope is secured to the Support Arm, release the rope.

8. Using a 6mm hex wrench, remove the indicated screw from the

Upper Pulley Retainer. Be prepared to support the Upper Pulley

Retainer before removing the hardware.

9. Install the new Upper Pulley Retainer.

10. Re-assemble the machine in the reverse order of when the parts

were removed.

11. Final Inspection

Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and compo-

nents are properly assembled.

Do not use until the machine has been fully assembled

and inspected for correct performance in accordance

with the Owner’s Manual.
