9. With your free hand, grasp the rope below the Upper Pulley Re-

tainer so it will not retract into the Frame Assembly. Release the front

end of the rope and pull the rope out of the Upper Pulley Retainer. Do

not release the rope until instructed.

Note:

Be sure to observe how the rope routes through the Upper

Pulley to assist with re-assembly. Be sure not to pinch any fingers or

hands.

10. Attach the Snap Hook to the end of the rope, and secure it by

looping and snapping it around the Support Arm.

11. Once the rope is secured to the Support Arm, release the rope.

12. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the two indicated screws

(by arrows) that secure the Upper Pulley Shroud.

13. Using a 6mm hex wrench, remove the indicated hardware (by

arrow) and the old Upper Deep V Pulley from the Upper Pulley Arm.

14. Using a 6mm hex wrench, attach the new Upper Deep V Pulley.

15. Go to Step 32 if only replacing this pulley.
