Sun Shade (Option)
If equipped, the powered sun shade (see Figure 3.25.1)
can be deployed or retracted by depressing the Shade
switch located on the helm switch panel. The sun shade
is protected by a breaker located on the DC breaker
panel in the head.
Bow Shade (Option)
If equipped, set up shade as follows (see Figure 3.25.1):
1. Assemble four pole sections into two poles.
2. Insert poles into bow shade sockets.
3. Using the provided clips, attach bow shade to bow
poles and hardtop.
NOTICE
The sun shade has a reset functionality to enable
a service technician to reset the shade position.
In the event the shade does not operate at either
the fully extended or fully retracted position,
contact a Boston Whaler dealer for details.

WARNING
Electric sun shade and bow shade are intended
for use while boat is anchored or moored
and not while underway. Damage to boat or
personal injury could occur if shade is used while
underway.
