Figure 24 displays the recommended maximum charge density for different combinations of Amplitude (mA) and Pulse Width (μs). The solid
black line (Limit: 6 mm

) refers to all Contacts on DB‑2201 Standard Lead and the cylindrical (ring) Contacts of DB‑2202 Directional Leads. The
dashed black line (Limit: 1.5 mm
2
) refers to the small directional Contacts of DB‑2202 Directional Leads. These estimates of charge density are
only for the Boston Scientific DBS Leads.
WARNING: Patients may have the ability to change the Amplitude with the Remote Control. The physician should set and verify the
maximum and minimum Amplitude levels allowed by the Remote Control to ensure that current levels remain safe.
