70 g wholemeal flour or whole grains
(according to taste)

■ Grind for 90 seconds on setting

15 g lemon juice

■ Put all ingredients in the plastic container
and close with the blade holder.
■ Blend for 40 seconds on setting

Juice of one lemon (approx. 20 g)

10 g coriander leaves
