Use of the control

Component detail view
The following tile of the component detail view contains the basic setup of the
receiver for its functionality in the compressed airnet. The setup is usually car-
ried out during commissioning of the control, but subsequent adjustments are
also possible, for example, if a new receiver is added to the network or basic
adjustments are to be made.
The following is a brief description of the contents of each tile, in which setup
settings for the container can be made.
Configuration
Receiver-specific setup settings according to receiver data/label. The size of
the receiver, its permissible maximum pressure and the standard type of the
receiver (AD 2000, EN 286-1 or neither of them) must be stated as well as the
sensor measuring range which determines the pressure sensor installed in the
receiver more precisely.
Additional information
Similar to the first tile, these are also pure display values.
Communication settings
IP settings of the component for internal technical network or external cus-
tomer network, if applicable.
Set operating time
Due to the connection via the Modbus interface module 2.0, the values must
be specified here, for example to allow the service counter to run down inter-
nally (load cycles to service). The values "Operation time over Pmin" and
"Operation time under Pmin" can be entered according to standard specifica-
tions. With the button "Update operating time" the entered values are sent to
the Modbus interface module.
Display options
Specifications for the 3D representation in the compressed airnet view (see
„Status display: 3D representation“, page 38), e.g. the color of the component
and in which direction the component is set up.
Component detail view-
equipment
When an equipment is selected in the list view of the status display at the level
of the compressed airnet view, the component detail view of the equipment is
displayed. In contrast to the other detail views, this one shows each equipment
on a single tile:
CAUTION
Danger of faults or malfunctions in control behavior and damage to
components due to incorrect settings!
Incorrect or unqualified settings for the receiver can lead to faults or malfunc-
tions in the control behavior and damage to components of the network.
The settings in the component detail view may only be carried out by
BOGE service personnel or qualified persons who have received BOGE
training on this control.
