Independent ventilation system

You c an use this system to ventilate the
interior and low er its tem p erature, using
the b low er of the autom atic c lim ate
c ontrol.
The ind ep end ent ventilation system is
op erated via the M ulti- Inform ation
d isp lay (M ID), refer to p age
87 or via the
Onb oard Com p uter, refer to the sep a-
rate Ow ner's M anual.
You c an set tw o d ifferent tim es for the
system to start; it w ill rem ain ac tive for
30 m inutes. You c an also turn it on and
off d irec tly. Sinc e the system uses a
sub stantial am ount of elec tric al c urrent,
you should refrain from ac tivating it
tw ic e in suc c ession w ithout allow ing
the b attery to b e rec harged in norm al
op eration b etw een use.
When a p reselec ted ac tivation tim e is
set, the ind ep end ent ventilation system
is op erational at outsid e tem p eratures

The air em erges via the air outlets for
the up p er b od y. Therefore, the air
outlets m ust b e op en for the system to
