4.19 VCR/DVR Settings

‘VCR/DVR Settings’ allows the configuration of the timeout for each DVR or VCR.

 Use the 

VCR/DVR

 selector (bottom right) to select the one to configure.

•

 

Timeout (s)

: allows you to configure the timeout value in seconds for the selected

device.  If the device does not respond to commands sent from the Visilynx 3 system

during this time, a VCR/DVR failure alarm will be raised.

•

 

Accept

: will save the settings for the current page.

•

 

Restore

: will return all of the settings for the current page to the point when the

configuration was last saved using 

Accept

.

•

 

Default

: will restore the settings to valid default values for the current page.
