If you try saving the sources table after manually
adding a source whose dynamic or static name is longer than 48 characters (under

), an error message appears. If automatic source creation is used, then
sources whose name is longer than 48 characters are not added to the table.

System performance:
Using virtual alarms or global alarms based on
sub-alarms that are subject to frequent status changes may result in a performance
degradation of the multi-viewer system, associated with warning messages
“realConsumer is null” in the system logs.

Alarm scheduling:
On rare occasions, modifying an existing alarm schedule
by using XEdit may affect some scheduled alarms, which may unexpectedly change
state or miss their next scheduled transition.

Sharing alarms with iControl:
After an iControl application server has lost
communication with a multi-viewer configured to publish alarms to this application
server, the multi-viewer system may become unresponsive if the application server
remains unavailable for several hours.

Kaleido-X multi-viewers:
After an output card restarted, following a Live
Update or if you clicked the corresponding Reset button in XAdmin’s Status and
Options page, you may notice noise (e.g., vertical lines, or stray dots) on the associated
monitor wall displays.

KMV-3901/3911:
Downloading a system snapshot for a KMV-3901/3911
multi-viewer, or viewing the multi-viewer’s memory snapshot, from XAdmin’s Technical
Support page, may result in all options becoming disabled, in which case some system
information displayed on the Status and Options page would also have reverted to
default values (e.g., serial number: 000000-00000000, firmware version: xCAFE).

XAdmin:
In XAdmin’s Status and Options page, the list of time zones
applicable to Brazil does not reflect the latest changes to this country’s daylight saving
schedule and time zone regulations.
