8.4 Overload/short circuit of the digital 500 mA
outputs
The digital outputs on the C/Q pin (except 0980 ESL 3x8-121) are short circuit
and overload protected. In case of a fault, the output is automatically switched
off and cyclically automatically switched back on.
The device sends the following PROFINET diagnostic message in case of
a fault:

8.5 Overload/short circuit of the digital outputs
There are four 2 A outputs (variants 0980 ESL 3x9-121) / 1.6 A Outputs
(variants 0980 ESL 3x8-121) on the Class B ports of the LioN-P 60 devices.
A channel error is determined by comparing the target value set by a controller
and the actual value of an output channel.
