Error analysis
The main difference between the EL3692 and other analog EL3xxx input terminals from Beckhoff is the fact
that it has not just 1, but 9 consecutive measuring ranges.
This opens up new aspects for error and measurement uncertainty analysis.
The absolute measuring error of the EL3692 with 4-wire connection is <0.5% relative to the respective full-
scale value.
The thus assured maximum absolute error (relative to the respective full-scale value) is specified as the
upper error limit below.

Example: Measurement of 50 Ω in the range 10-100 Ω --> maximum error: 0.5 Ω
This upper error limit results in the following values for the maximum relative measuring error relative to the
current measured value
