Set CO
2
-content at max. output
1. Power HT in the controller stop mode (refer to previous section) ope-
rated at mfull load
2. Remove safety cap from the adjustment screw for full load (2)
3. Set CO
2
content on the adjustment screw for full load (2) according to Technical
Data section with a 3 mm Allen key
- Clockwise: CO
2
content is decreased
- Counter-clockwise: CO
2
content is increased
4. Replace safety cap on the adjusting screw for full load (2)
Set CO
2
-content at min. output
1. Power HT in the controller stop mode (refer to previous section) ope-
rated at low load
2. Remove safety cap from the adjustment screw for small load (5)
3. Set CO
2
content on the adjustment screw for small load (5) according to Techni-
cal Data section with a Torx key TX 40
- Clockwise: CO
2
-content is increased
- Counter-clockwise: CO
2
is reduced
4. Replace safety cap on the adjusting screw for low load (5)
Note: After successful adjustment of the gas valve, the CO
2
content must again be
controlled at maximum and minimum output and corrected if necessary
