Remove the snap pin with retainer of
the caster wheel and washer and then
remove the pin holding the caster
wheel by one hand.
If it cannot be removed because the
caster wheel is too low, raise it to the
position in which it can be removed
with a hoist, etc.
Follow the same steps to remove them
from the other side.
