HARDWARE SETUP
Before you can start to install this mainboard, some hardware settings is required
to make sure it will work perfectly with the devices which you are going to install
in your PC system. To configure the mainboard is a simple task, only a few
jumpers, connectors, cables and sockets needs to be selected and configured.
(please refer to page 1-3 to see the mainboard layout)

INSTALLATION OF CPU
There are two CPU sockets on the mainboard designed for Pentium ™ II,
Pentium ™ III and Celeron™ processors. The CPU sockets on the mainboard are
the

as shown in the following picture:

Note:
When CPU booster is installed on the mainboard. It will make both
CPU and the memory subsystem running at 133MHz instead of
100MHz and it will increase the system performance tremendously.
The CPU booster is the optional choice and it can be found in the
810DT+. The CPU booster provides the following features:

The CPU booster will allow the 810 mainboard become able to
support the 133MHz FSB Pentium III processors.

The CPU booster will change the memory architecture of the 810
mainboard from PC-100 to PC-133.
