Generating a Report 

From the SYSTEM tab, you can generate a report that AVIWEST's support team asks you for 
in case of a problem with the DMNG PRO.

Access the SYSTEM tab. 

②

 

Click on the "Generate"

 

button. 

▷

 

A progress bar appears. Generating a report lasts about 30 seconds. 

③

 

Once the report is ready, you can download it by clicking the Download link. 

④

 

Send that report by email to AVIWEST's support team. 

▷

 

The report is a traces.bin file exclusively dedicated to the support team, 
you are not able to read it.
