Your AUSTAR Smartcard

Your AUSTAR Smartcard authorises MyStar to receive AUSTAR TV programming. It is securely located within the front
panel of your MyStar. If your Smartcard has been removed or is not inserted correctly, viewing access will be denied
and you will be unable to receive any AUSTAR channels. It’s also important to note that your AUSTAR smartcard will
not work in any other set top box (AUSTAR or otherwise).

For this reason, you must not remove your AUSTAR Smartcard unless instructed to do so by an AUSTAR representative.
