What can you record?
Record it now, enjoy it later – all at the touch of a button
MyStar allows you to set recordings for programs showing now, or in the future – so you can view your favourite
programs at a time that suits you. You can either set up a recording through the TV Guide, or through the iSearch
Banner. Once a program is recorded, you can easily access it through your Planner. For details on Planner, refer to
page 37.
You will not be able to record BOX OFFICE or Main Event programs on your MyStar.
Recording combinations – what can you record?
Simultaneous recording is another way that MyStar gives you more control over how you watch you AUSTAR TV.
You can:

Record one TV program while:
a) watching a different AUSTAR TV/Local Channel program
b) watching a different AUSTAR TV/Local Channel program and using Live Pause or Instant Rewind
c) using an AUSTAR interactive service such as Sky News Active, Weather Active, or TV Guide
■
Record two TV programs while:
a) watching one of the AUSTAR TV/Local Channels that is currently recording
b) watching one of the programs that you’re currently recording in Playback
c) watching one of the programs that you’ve already recorded in Playback
d) using the following AUSTAR interactive services – TV Guide, iSearch Banner, Active and Planner
