15.5 Level measuring on a POTS Access

The ARGUS measures the voltage level in both the normal case and when the line is

“busy” (trunk line).



The ARGUS - Main menu






Start measurement.



The ARGUS will display the polarity of
the 2-wire POTS line (red wire "a"; black
wire "b") as well as the "on hook" and
"off hook" voltage levels.


