4.1 Setup Menu 

When in setup mode, the HC1000 displays an integrated setup menu that 
allows you customise to the operation of the meter to meet your 
measurement requirements. In the different modes, the meter will show the 
corresponding options. For general options, the change will be applied to all 
modes.
