Sample preparation (Free Chlorine):



Add one HT15 DPD No.1 tablet straight from the foil to the water
sample.



Crush the tablet using a clean stirring rod, until no large pieces are
visible.



Close the vial tightly with the cap and swirl several times until the tablet
is dissolved.

Analysis (Free Chlorine):



Place the vial in the sample chamber, making sure that the marks on the
instrument and vial are aligned.



Press the Test key



Wait for a few seconds until the result is displayed in mg/l free Chlorine.

Sample preparation (Total Chlorine):



Add one HT15 DPD No.1 tablet and one HT16 DPD No. 3 tablet straight
from the foil to the water sample.
