Administration Page
On this page you can change the user name, password, reboot the Wireless Access Point (WAP),
change to Bridge Mode, or reset all settings to their factory defaults. This page (FIG. 48) can be
accessed by pressing the Administrator tab from the bottom row in the Configuration Utility. The
fields in the Administration page are described in the table below.

Save/Cancel: • Press the Save button to incorporate the new information to the WAP200G.
• Press the Cancel button to terminate the process and return the fields to
their default values.

Security:
User Name This is the User Name that must be entered when logging into the configuration
utility pages.
• To change the User Name simply type in a new User Name.
Administrator Password This is the password that must be entered when logging into the configuration
utility pages.
• To change the password simply type in a new password. Then, type it again
in the second field to confirm.
• Press the Save button to store this information onto the target WAP.
• Press the Cancel button to delete this information and keep the parameters
previously entered into the WAP.
Commands:
Reboot Access Point • Pressing the Reboot button allows you to reboot the WAP and incorporate
any recent changes.
Reset to Factory Defaults • Pressing the Reset button restores the WAP to its original factory default
settings.
Note: All settings you entered for the SSID, WAP, User Name, Password, etc.
will be erased and you will need to reconfigure the unit to your settings.
