Event #5: Flux Site and Position Direct View Camera

Operator is instructed to apply tacky flux to site and to position the DV Camera on the site to observe
placement.

Event #6: Please Do Not Touch Machine (Component Placement)

No operator involvement. BGA will be lowered to board using force placement system of machine. Nozzle
vacuum is turned off. Slight pressure through the nozzle is applied. The nozzle retracts the programmed
distance.
