Process Control - % Signal:

Indicates flow to nozzle (set).

Process Control - % Sensor:

Indicates flow to nozzle (actual).

Nozzle:

Left side – indicates set temperature to upper heater. Right

side – indicates actual temperature to upper heater.

Section #1 - #3:

Indicates set and actual temperature of preheat

panels (#1 front, #2 middle, #3 rear).

Bottom Hot Gas Spot Heater:

Indicates set and actual temperature

of spot heater.

Force:

Indicates force and actual setting of force system.

Noz Htr Stblz:

Indicates temperature of thermocouple attached to hot gas

head.

Manual IR/Thermocouples:

Indicates temperature of IR temperature

sensor.

Dry Run:

When activated runs program without heat parameters applied.

Scan:

Allows bar scanner to be used for history file. Information can be entered manually without scanner.
