Bottom/Board Heating
Board Carrier Bottom Heating
Function: Activates bottom heaters and board cooling system.
Action: Bottom heater sections (heaters) can be selected to be activated to the target temperature
(Temperature). Spot heaters can be activated to target temperature (HotGas Temperature). Flow can be
set for low flow (Use LowFlow HotGas – On), high flow (Use HighFlow HotGas – On), and extra high
flow (Use LowFlow HotGas – On and Use HighFlow HotGas – On). Board cooling system can be set to
low flow (Use LowFlow Board Cooling) or high flow (Use HighFlow Board Cooling).
Task Properties:
Heater: Any or all section #1-#3 can be selected to be selected to be activated (#1 in front).
Temperature (ºC): The temperature of the bottom heaters can be programmed from 0-350 º C.
Use LowFlow Board Cooling: Turns on low flow air to cool board and/or bottom heaters (3 cfm).
Use HighFlow Board Cooling: Turns on high flow air to cool board and/or bottom heaters (7cfm).
HotGas Temperature (ºC): The spot heater temperature can be programmed from 0 – 450˚C.
Use LowFlow HotGas: Turns on the low flow air to the spot heater (3 cfm).
Use HighFlow HotGas: Turns on the low flow air to the spot heater (7 cfm). Extra high flow setting
can be set with both the LowFlow HotGas and HighFlow HotGas settings to On (10 cfm).
Note: Process parameters will be activated until programmed to be turned off.
