Performing System Setup and Compensation

Compensation

6. Measure the delay time between the gate pulse and the drain pulse as shown

below.

a. Confirm the setup. Or connect the cables as shown in the connection

diagram window. Then disconnect the SMA(m)-(m) adapter from the
SMA(f)-(m)-(f) adapter at the end of the gate connection cable and connect
the drain connection cable to the SMA(f)-(m)-(f) adapter.

b. Click OK on the connection diagram window to continue the setup. This

opens a message box to confirm the execution of delay time measurement.

Click Cancel to cancel the setup.

c. Click OK on the message box to perform the delay time measurement. This

starts the measurement and opens a dialog box to show the measurement
status. After the measurement, the Compensation action is completed.

Click Cancel to cancel the setup.
