Assemble and glue together rudder access frame (parts 203 to 206) 
upside down on building board. 
Make sure to align parts properly.

Place completed assembly on stern deck and place part 207 on top 
of assembly. Sand contour of part 207 to fit bulwark then glue part 
207 in place.

The assembly can be removed if necessary to adjust the rudder 
linkage.

Make sure, cover 36.2 fits deck opening, 
then glue to underside of frame.

Turn assembly over and install in stern 
deck.

With a small sanding block sand outer 
edges of parts 203 and 206 to follow 
contour of bulwark so that cover fits 
opening perfectly.
