Chassis Removal
This section explains how to remove the Net-Net 6300 from an equipment rack. To
prevent injury, we recommend that any time a Net-Net 6300 is installed or removed
from an equipment rack, two people complete the procedure.
Caution Always disconnect the Net-Net 6300 power supplies from the
power source when removing a chassis from an equipment
rack.

Equipment Rack
To remove the Net-Net 6300 from an equipment rack:
1. Disable the two power sources to the Net-Net 6300.
2. Remove the two AC/DC power cords from the power supplies in the back of the
system. (There are no ON/OFF switches on these power supplies).
3. Remove all power cables from the Net-Net 6300.
4. Remove and label all attached network cables, alarm cable, and console cables
from their respective ports on the chassis.
5. The 4 screws are removed from the Net-Net 6300 to the equipment rack. .
