your insulin pump is carried out by a Service Center which is authorized by Disetronic
Medical Systems AG.
Your insulin pump has no scheduled maintenance during the use time.

Do not perform any servicing or repair on your insulin pump by yourself.

Return your insulin pump to your Accu-Chek customer service center for insulin
pumps (see distributor’s adresses in chapter 14) in the following situations:

• In case of problems, e.g. if an alarm can not be cleared by following

the procedure described in section 7 “Alerts and errors”.
