Communication objects Fan A and Fan CDE
Note
Only the FCL/S 2.6.1.1 2-fold actuator can control the second Fan CDE.
All three fan speeds can also be individually parameterized as outputs C, D and E. See
Communication
objects Output , p.78 for descriptions of the communication objects.
The settings options are described in Parameter window Enable outputs A...F , p.20.

The communication object is enabled if the parameters Enable direct operation and Enable communication object "Switch
speed" 1 byte in the A: Fan or CDE: Fan parameter window are set to Yes .
With this communication object, the fan can be switched on via a 1 byte communication object of a fan speed. If another fan
speed is switched on, at this point it will be switched off. The new fan speed is switched on taking the start-up phase into
account.
Limitati
ons through forced operation or one of the four limitations 1…4 are retained. Automatic operation is disabled. Com-
munication object Automatic ON/OFF reactivates automatic operation.

speed x" 1 bit in the Fan: A or Fan: CDE parameter window are set to Yes .
Via the 1 bit communication object the device can receive a control value for fan speed 1.

Automatic ON/OFF reactivates automatic operation.
If several ON telegrams are received consecutively in a short period of time at various Switch speed x (x = 1...3) communica-
tion objects, the value last received is the one that will control the fan. An OFF telegram to one of the three communication
objects
Switch speed x (x = 1...3) switches the fan off.
Telegram value: 0 = fan OFF
