CMW

Turning shaft will kill you or crush arm or leg. Stay away.

NOTICE:

Keep everybody at least 10’ (3 m) away from drill pipe during operation. Do not straddle

trench or drill pipe while drilling.

Jobsite hazards could cause death or serious injury. Use

correct equipment and work methods. Use and maintain proper safety
equipment.
